Delivery Time
When you place an order we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. In stock merchandise typically is delivered to homes in 7-10 business days. We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and whether all the items are in stock.
Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our facilities to your destination address. Tracking Your Package
If you have a tracking or delivery confirmation number, the tracking number can be entered at www.UPS.com. Up-to-date tracking information is available through their site. Please note: Your UPS tracking number will not work until we have delivered the order to your local UPS center. Returns
In the case of damages, merchandise may be returned with-in 30 days and we will credit your original purchase price less shipping. Returned merchandise must be sent in unopened or original condition, securely wrapped and postage pre-paid via US Postal Service.
