E-Store Revamp

Change with the Times
Despite the bad rap that it sometimes gets, change is actually a good thing. It has a way of bringing new life and freshness to our worlds. It shakes things up just when things are starting to get outdated. In keeping with this line of thinking, we recently found that such a change was exactly the thing that the Karen Rossi e-store needed. After too many months of trying to fit new products into a store that was never meant for so much merchandise, we realized that the best option was a makeover of sorts. Most likely, if you've found yourself perusing the endless pages of the store recently, you'll be cheering at the thought of such a transformation. New products have become increasingly difficult to locate and search engines are nowhere in sight. With the upcoming changes, such issues will be a thing of the past.

New and Improved
After much research and deliberation, we decided that it was time to turn over the reins of the store. With this change, our e-store will be taking on a subtle visual shift, while making it much more user-friendly and far easier to navigate. Credit card payments will be simple, as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express will now be accepted instead of Paypal. In addition, a 1-800 customer service number will be available to help us avoid the confusion and frustration of shipping issues that we've faced in the past. Whenever there is a question about an order, a product, or a shipment, there will be a friendly voice at the other end of the line, waiting to assist you. The service lines will be open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
