Here at Rossi Studios, we know Wendy Magnifico as the talented bookkeeper who keeps everything organized and running smoothly. But, outside the four walls of this studio, she wears many other hats as well. To her two little boys, Wendy is the world's best mom. To her husband, Michael, she's a fabulous wife. And to the many clients she's been meeting through her part time job with BeautiControl "Spa Escape" parties, she's the means to a much-needed and relaxing escape.

Bookkeeper by day, Spa consultant by night
Wendy became a Spa Consultant for BeautiControl in October of 2006 after attending a "Spa Escape" at her sister-in-law's home. In her words, she was "sooo stressed out" before the party. "Just getting there that evening was an ordeal and I almost didn't go," she recalls. However, by the time the spa party was over, Wendy felt refreshed, rejuvenated, and relaxed! She knew that she had to find out more about the products and becoming part of this company. Helping people to relax and make room for "me-time" in their busy schedules became her mission.

What's it all about?
For those who have never attended a spa party, Wendy gave us a brief run-down of what such a gathering entails. When guests arrive, they receive a brief hand treatment, followed by a lip treatment, and then a foot treatment. Everyone is then pampered with refreshing eye pads, which they wear during an 8-minute relaxation period. In addition, guests have the opportunity to experience incredible skin care products, such as microderm abrasion. And, one of the best things about spa parties is that they can be customized. Whether your style is a Spa-jama party, a mother-daughter spa, or just a relaxed gathering of your closest friends, there's a Spa Escape that is perfectly suited to you.

Pampered Princesses
No matter which type of party you choose, guests are guaranteed to feel more relaxed when they leave. Wendy recalls one party where she came to the end of the relaxation exercise and asked guests to remove their eye pads when they were ready to "wake up." Nobody moved. After several minutes of this, she began to wonder if she had really said anything aloud. Seems that everyone was so relaxed that no one wanted the time of pampering to end!
