String a piece of ribbon through the wire loop at the top of the ornament.

Use a piece of tape to attach the ribbon to the back of the computer monitor. Or, if you prefer not to use tape, a weight (such as a large bead that weighs about the same as the ornament) could be tied onto the other end of the ribbon. Just let it hang down on the backside of the monitor. This will keep the angel in place.

Then, you can attach the angel to your purse, bag, or backpack by simply tying the ribbon in a bow!

Use plain, round magnets (which can be found at craft stores) to attach the angel ornaments to the metal surface of your choice.
