A Decorated Studio

It's no secret that interior decorating and home improvement have become hot topics over the past few years. From the myriad of do-it-yourself books to the craze that began with shows like "Trading Spaces" and "While You Were Out," fixing up our homes has become a national obsession. And, we're proud to say that Rossi Studios has jumped right on board.

Moving into our new space proved to be a huge task, but the real fun started once all the boxes were emptied and the files had been organized. The artwork began to find its way onto the walls and the sculptures soon came out of hiding. Whimsical creations now fly across the rooms and licensed products can be found everywhere from the backyard to the kitchen. We are finally beginning to feel like this new studio has been truly Rossi-ized. Now, we invite you to take a peek into the world of Karen Rossi. Come and explore our latest and greatest home improvements!

Springing Sprites
Karen's Flower Fairy garden stakes by Exhart flit across the backyard, adding a touch of whimsy to the lawn.

Guest Room: Before
This room deserved much better than the pink carpet and dreary wall color. We decided to spice things up a bit.

Guest Room: After
Karen has always dreamed of creating a blue and white bedroom. She got her wish with this guest room. Her grandmother's antique headboard and Karen's New York City wall sculpture have been given a perfect home in this cozy space.

Inspirational Spot
Karen's church sculpture was the one piece that Rossi Studios' employee, Heather, really wanted in her office. Placed right above her drafting table, it adds the perfect source of inspiration as she works on new art pieces and illustrations.

Living Room: Before
We knew that the red carpet and 70s wallpaper had to go! The carpet was pulled up to reveal natural wood floors, and the walls were transformed with a unique mustard color.

Living Room: After
As one of the homiest spots in the studio, the living room is now a perfect spot to sit and relax. Karen's metal sculptures adorn the walls, and her Peking Handicraft tassels add some pizzazz to the curtains.

Working Away
Karen writes some notes in her Tide-Mark note cards. On her shirt, you can spot one of the new pins that has just recently been released by Roman. Keep checking the e-store for these pins to become available for purchase!

Cooking in Style
The redecorated kitchen is the perfect place for cookin' up goodies. Heather looks like she's ready to whip up a batch of cookies or sweets, as she's all decked out in Karen's Pastry Chef apron (by Peking Handicraft).

Right at Home
Karen's Peking Handicraft oven mitt is the perfect touch for this kitchen!
